Welcome to Prime Blade Co. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this website.
1. Eligibility
By purchasing from Prime Blade Co., you certify that:
You are at least 18 years of age.
You are legally permitted to purchase, possess, and own the products you order.
You are not prohibited by any federal, state, or local law from purchasing our products.
Prime Blade Co. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if we believe these requirements are not met.
2. Compliance with Laws
It is the customer’s sole responsibility to know and comply with all federal, state, and local laws regarding the purchase, ownership, possession, carrying, transportation, and use of knives.
Prime Blade Co. is not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to local laws or regulations.
3. Product Information
We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and photographs. However:
Colors and finishes may vary slightly due to lighting and monitor settings.
Hand-finished and customized products may have slight variations that make each piece unique.
Specifications and pricing are subject to change without notice.
4. Custom Orders
All customized products, including engraving, anodizing, Cerakote, laser work, modifications, or special-order items, are made specifically for the customer.
Once production begins, custom orders cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error made by Prime Blade Co.
5. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Payment is due in full before an order is processed or shipped. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders resulting from typographical or system errors.
6. Shipping
Orders are processed according to our Shipping Policy.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Prime Blade Co. is not responsible for carrier delays, weather-related delays, lost packages, or delivery interruptions beyond our control.
7. Returns & Refunds
Returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
Customized products are final sale unless they arrive defective or incorrect.
8. Warranty
Prime Blade Co. stands behind the quality of our workmanship.
Manufacturer warranties remain the responsibility of the original knife manufacturer unless otherwise stated.
Our warranty covers only workmanship performed by Prime Blade Co. and does not cover misuse, abuse, accidents, normal wear, improper maintenance, or modifications performed by anyone else.
9. Limitation of Liability
Knives are inherently sharp tools that should be used responsibly.
By purchasing from Prime Blade Co., you assume all responsibility for the safe handling, storage, transportation, and use of any products purchased.
Prime Blade Co. shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, or legal consequences resulting from the misuse, abuse, negligence, modification, or unlawful possession of our products.
10. Intellectual Property
All logos, photographs, product designs, artwork, graphics, website content, and branding are the property of Prime Blade Co. and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.
11. Order Refusal
Prime Blade Co. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to:
Suspected fraud
Pricing errors
Product availability
Suspected violations of applicable laws
Safety or security concerns
12. Privacy
Your personal information is used solely to process orders, provide customer service, and improve your shopping experience. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
