At Prime Blade Co., customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Return Window
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must:
Be unused and in like-new condition.
Include the original packaging, box, and any accessories.
Show no signs of carry, sharpening, modification, or damage.
Prime Blade Co. reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
Custom & Engraved Knives
Due to the personalized nature of our work, custom engraved, modified, anodized, Cerakoted, or otherwise customized knives are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
If we made an error during customization or your item arrives with a manufacturing or workmanship defect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.
Defective or Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong item or believe your order has a defect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the issue. Once reviewed, we will repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion.
Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to our error or a verified defect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Prime Blade Co. is not responsible for lost return shipments.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 3–7 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they enter production or ship. Once a custom order has entered production, it cannot be canceled.
